- Coordinate recruitment and selection process
- Manage staff contracts and ensure compliance with labor legislation
- Coordinate performance management and staff development programs
- Process payroll using Belina
- Ensure compliance with NSSA, ZIMRA, NEC, and ZIMDEF returns and payments
- Maintain employee records and files
- Develop and implement staff development programs
- Facilitate staff engagement and represent the company at external labor forums
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Unquestionable integrity
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- IPMZ qualification an added advantage
- Belina Certification an added advantage
