- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop financial strategies to support long-term goals
- Manage cash flow and risk management initiatives
- Oversee asset management, cost control, and HR functions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Promote a strong organizational culture and positive work environment
- Manage contracts, facilities, logistics, and organizational resources
- Strong knowledge of financial management, HR practices, and administrative systems
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, and team development skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- ACCA, SHRM, or other professional certifications are a plus
