1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
2. Conduct recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
3. Advise management on industrial relations issues.
4. Coordinate employee welfare and benefits administration.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to communicate at all levels, both verbally and written.
1. Degree in Human Resources Management.
2. Diploma in payroll management (advantageous).
1. At least 4 years' experience, preferably in a mining environment.
