Provide guidance on employment relations issues
- Coordinate disciplinary hearings and maintain records
- Organize staff engagement meetings and employee offboarding process
- Champion staff wellness and welfare initiatives
- Attend to staff queries on salaries and benefits
- Administer HR requirements and maintain employee records
- Collate HR data for audits and capacity assessments
- Maintain up-to-date filing system for employee personal files
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- Good interpersonal communication skills and planning/problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Social Sciences
- At least 3 years' work experience in a reputable organization
- Experience in an NGO organization is an advantage
- HR Certification or membership of IPMZ is an added advantage
