- Facilitates employee disciplinary hearing proceedings
- Facilitates on employee recruitment and selection
- Advises Council on Labour related matters
- Payroll Processing
- Distributes agendas and notices of Council Committee meetings
- Prepares and distributes minutes of the proceedings of the Council and all committees
- Provides secretarial services to the Council
- Formulates and Manages Program/Committee budget
- Any other relevant duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Town Secretary
- At least 30 years of age
- Be in a possession of a clean driver's license
- Certificate in Security Management/Loss Control or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Diploma in Security Management/ Loss Control is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Local Authority business, systems and processes will be an added advantage
