A growing player in the Alcoholic Beverage Industry seeks a Territory Leader / Area Manager to support business growth in Harare, Manicaland, Matebeleland, and Midlands.
- Van sales target achievement and KPI deliveries
- Route mapping, planning, and optimization
- Stock management at distributor/customer level
- Selling assets management
- Wholesale sales target achievement
- Follow up on collections for overdue amounts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Develop and implement territory-specific wholesale strategies
- Territory key account management
- Lead and mentor a team
- Set KPIs and monitor subordinate performance
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with sales and business regulations
- At least 4 years' sales/key account management experience in FMCG (alcoholic beverages or tobacco experience an advantage)
- Van sales management background
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to prioritize work and handle pressure
- Clean Class 4 Driver's license
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Excellent selling, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
