Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries via telephone or contact centre.

- Clearly explain LTE and FTTH products, including pricing and value propositions, to potential customers.

- Persuade and convert leads into confirmed sales, focusing on achieving high conversion rates.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness.

- Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales cycle.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Skills and Abilities

- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven track record in closing sales and achieving targets.

- Strong persuasive selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

- Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.

- Experience in B2C and SMB sales, preferably in telecoms (LTE/Fibre).

- Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.

Educational Qualification

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
