Job Responsibilities

- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying potential customers and businesses who could benefit from the company's offerings

- Customer Engagement: Building relationships with prospects and clients through various channels

- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Presenting the value proposition of the company's products or services

- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms of sale to secure business

- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers

- Sales Reporting and Tracking: Tracking sales performance and providing market feedback

- Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities

- Achieving Sales Goals: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company

Skills and Abilities

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools

- Strong analytical and reporting skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple key accounts

- Experience working with key accounts and knowledge of trade marketing and consumer promotions

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

- 2-4 years of experience in modern trade sales, preferably within the FMCG food industry
