Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure team members are equipped to succeed.

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, enhancing customer value and driving revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted sales outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, presenting our products and services effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, including PPE, corporate wear, corporate gifts, catering equipment, and electrical solutions.
- Manage sales-related administrative tasks, ensuring accurate order processing, and timely delivery.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a managerial role, within a similar industry.
