Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welder to join our Land Development Department. The successful candidate will report to the Projects Manager.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan tooling and spares for daily and scheduled works

- Perform fabrications and welding requirements

- Conduct risk assessments and maintain safe work practices

- Interpret working drawings and weld quality structures

- Perform welding tasks on equipment and machinery projects

- Deliver against agreed key performance indicators

Skills and Abilities

- Ability to read and interpret user manuals and drawings correctly

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Experience in irrigation and water estates is an added advantage

- Team player

Educational Qualification

- National Certificate in Welding

- Class 1 Journeyman Certificate in Welding

- At least 3 years of post-apprentice experience working with pumps and pipes
