Description

Perform regular inspections of the premises to identify and fix maintenance issues

Job Responsibilities

- Carry out cleaning tasks to ensure the premises are kept clean and tidy

- Conduct minor repair work, including fixing broken locks and replacing light bulbs

- Monitor the property's security systems and respond to alarms or signs of potential threats

- Manage waste disposal and recycling activities

- Maintain outdoor areas, including mowing the lawn and pruning shrubs

- Coordinate with professional repair services when required

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Assist in arranging special events in the premises

Skills and Abilities

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Educational Qualification

- Minimum of 2 A' level passes

- Three years' experience in a similar Caretaker or Janitorial role is preferred

- Knowledge of cleaning and basic maintenance procedures is an added advantage
