Company: Aganang Furnitures

Aganang Furnitures is seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our production team. The ideal candidate must be experienced in working with various types of woods and committed to producing high-quality furniture.

Job Responsibilities

- Interpret technical drawings and furniture designs

- Cut, shape, and assemble wood to create custom furniture pieces

- Sand, finish, and treat wood surfaces to required standards

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely

- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

- Maintain a clean and organized workshop

- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Skills and Abilities

- Strong work ethic and punctuality

- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets

- Team player with good communication skills

- Relevant trade certification is an added advantage

Educational Qualification

- Proven experience as a carpenter (furniture making is essential)

- Ability to work with different types of hardwood

- Knowledge of carpentry tools and machinery

- Good attention to detail and craftsmanship
