Description

The Caretaker will maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of the commission's premises.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform regular inspections to identify and fix maintenance issues

- Carry out cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting

- Conduct minor repair work, including fixing broken locks and replacing light bulbs

- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or potential threats

- Manage waste disposal and recycling activities

- Maintain outdoor areas, including gardens and parking lots

- Coordinate with professional repair services when required

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Assist in arranging special events

Skills and Abilities

Educational Qualification

- Minimum of 2 A' level passes

- Three years' experience in a similar Caretaker or Janitorial role (preferred)

- Knowledge of cleaning and basic maintenance procedures (added advantage)

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Mature person who can handle pressure
