- Job Description
- Implement Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and standards.
- Develop and maintain SHE system documentation.
- Report incidents and accidents to relevant authorities.
- Conduct internal investigations and prevent recurrence.
- Test emergency preparedness equipment.
- Participate in risk assessment, inspections, audits, and SHE management reviews.
- Coordinate and conduct SHE training.
- Assist in implementing Risk Management and Behavior-Based Safety principles.
- Monitor environmental pollution and waste management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of SHE legislation, manufacturing, and SHE systems and standards.
- Degree in Environmental Health Sciences/Occupational Health and Safety or related qualification.
- Possession of NEBOSH, SHATCOR, or OSHEMAC Certificate is an added advantage.
