Description

Cimas Health Group is seeking a Product Specialist to play a key role in medical aid product development, enhancement, and market intelligence gathering.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate yearly product development plans with stakeholders

- Develop and launch new products

- Analyze market statistics and customer requirements

- Conduct product performance analysis and produce monthly reports

- Review product pricing and benefits

- Manage and maintain package rules and benefits schedules

Skills and Abilities

- Clear verbal and written communication skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to produce accurate reports

Educational Qualification

- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent

- Business-related course an added advantage

- 2-4 years' experience in sales/marketing/business development

- Experience in medical insurance industry an added advantage
