Description

We're seeking a skilled, caring, and efficient Dental Assistant to support our clinical team and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist dentists during procedures (suction, instruments, chairside support)

- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean treatment area

- Prepare treatment rooms for procedures

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care

- Take and develop x-rays (if trained)

- Maintain accurate patient records and stock inventory

Skills and Abilities

- Attention to detail

- Good hand-eye coordination

- Ability to follow instructions precisely

- Basic dental software and computer literacy

- Excellent communication and patient care skills

- Team player

- Calm and efficient under pressure

- Punctual and reliable

- Empathetic and patient-centered

Educational Qualification

- Dental assisting certification or training preferred

- Previous experience in a dental clinic is a plus

- Basic knowledge of dental procedures and instruments

- Strong understanding of infection control protocols
