- Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on dispatch records and customer orders
- Monitor and verify daily sales and dispatch data
- Prepare and submit settlement reports
- Manage financial records and settlement documents
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and accounting software packages (preferably SAGE Pastel)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Accurate and attentive to detail
- Degree in Accounting, Business Management or related qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in finance, accounting or related field
