Description

- Evaluate loan applications from individuals and businesses to determine creditworthiness

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct client interviews to understand financial needs and gather necessary documentation

- Analyze financial information, including financial statements and credit ratings, to make informed lending decisions

- Maintain accurate records of borrowers' credit histories

- Stay informed on market trends, including interest rates and lending regulations

- Mitigate financial risks associated with lending decisions

- Ability to retain and recruit new clients

Skills and Abilities

- Proven experience as a Loans Officer or similar role in the finance sector

- Strong understanding of credit control processes and banking activities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze financial data effectively

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or a related field
