Job Responsibilities

- Daily portfolio in arrears analysis

- Delinquency follow-up for amounts in arrears

- Bad debt recoveries

- Compiling recovery reports for loan portfolio analysis and performance

Skills and Abilities

- Good analytical, reporting, and Excel skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Friendly and approachable personality

- Adaptable with task prioritization ability

- Time management and organization

Educational Qualification

- At least 1 year in client service and credit-related functions

- Relevant diploma (commercial diploma or degree an added advantage)
