- Job costing and verifying completed job cards
- Processing payments and cash handling
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with administrative duties and document control
- Supporting Accounts and Service departments as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent numerical and reconciliation skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and teamwork abilities
- Relevant accounting or administrative qualifications
- Experience in a similar role (automotive/dealership preferred)
