The Grain Marketing Board (GMB) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Maintenance and Scheduling Clerk to join the Transport and Logistics Department.
- Prepares internal and external job cards
- Generates GRVs for services provided
- Prepares weekly and monthly workshop staff returns
- Keeps records of vehicles and maintenance
- Orders, issues, and accounts for stationery
- Prepares and reconciles suppliers' invoices for payment
- Handles petty cash for small
expenses
- Good communication and responsibilities interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
- High initiative and sound judgment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent team player with strong multi-tasking capabilities
- Knowledge of records management
- 5 'O' level passes, including English Language and Mathematics
- National Diploma in Logistics and Transport Management/Accounting/Economics/Business Studies or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a related role
