1. Manage financial documentation (invoices, quotations, accounts payable/receivable)
2. Complete bank reconciliations and manage budgets
3. Record transactions and process tax payments/returns
4. Prepare financial reports (balance sheets, profit/loss statements, cash flow statements)
5. Maintain/update financial records (invoices, receipts, payments)
6. Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
7. Collaborate with departments for accurate financial reporting
8. Assist in financial/tax audits and general ledger preparation

1. Proven experience as Finance Administrator/Assistant
2. Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks)
3. Advanced MS Excel skills
4. Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
5. Time management/organization skills
6. Confidentiality and attention to detail
7. BSc degree/diploma in Finance/Accounting
