- Record financial transactions (invoices, receipts)
- Manage debtors and creditors' accounts
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
- Handle all tax affairs (ZIMRA, NSSA, VAT, etc.)
- Oversee daily office and warehouse operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Leadership and managerial skills (added advantage)
- Experience and knowledge in administration duties (added advantage)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software
- Accounting qualification
- Relevant experience in FMCG
