Description

- Formulate and implement procurement policies and procedures

Job Responsibilities

- Gather quotations for price comparison to ensure cost-efficient buying

- Evaluate suppliers

- Manage stocks and conduct periodic stock takes

- Maintain a filing system and keep accurate purchasing and pricing records

- Ensure timely action on approved purchase requisitions

Skills and Abilities

- Strong negotiating skills

- Independent, flexible, and mature self-starter

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

Educational Qualification

- Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related

- Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) qualification
