2+ years in hospitality purchasing/stores

Job Responsibilities

- Manage procurement, inventory, and supplier coordination for the lodge

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplies

- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services

- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers

- Monitor and control inventory levels

Skills and Abilities

- Strong inventory and supplier management skills

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and negotiation skills

Educational Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Hospitality
