- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate contracts.

- Maintain supplier database.

- Ensure procurement aligns with budget and timeline.

- Maintain procurement documentation.

- Prepare and submit reports to management.

- Support audit processes.

- Knowledge of supply chain and procurement procedures.

Skills and Abilities

- Procurement expertise.

- Negotiation skills.

- Database management.

- Reporting.

- Audit support.

Educational Qualification

- Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- Master’s degree is an advantage.

- 1-2 years experience in procurement/supply chain.
