Description

We're looking for a diligent & detail-oriented Internal Stock Transfer Clerk to ensure accurate & efficient stock management across our supply chain, from raw material intake to production. You'll be responsible for proper documentation, tracking, & reconciliation of stock movements in line with operational & inventory control procedures.

Job Responsibilities

-Transfer stock from Warehouse to Production.

- Maintain accurate records of stock transfers, receipts, & dispatches.

- Assist in stock reconciliations.

- Collaborate with relevant departments for stock accuracy & timely reporting.

Skills and Abilities

-High level of integrity, numerical accuracy, & attention to detail.

- Strong understanding of stock counting procedures, esp. handling grains or bulk commodities.

Educational Qualification

-Min 5 'O' Levels (Maths & English).

- At least 2 years experience in stock/inventory management.

- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or accounting is a plus!
