Description

- Greet customers and take orders

Job Responsibilities

- Process payments

- Assist customers with queries and provide solutions quickly

- Possess excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales

- Follow up on orders to prevent delay and frustration

- Update product inventory

- Clean the customer area during quiet times

- Ensure each customer leaves the store satisfied

Skills and Abilities

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Good personal appearance

- Conflict management skills (preferred)

Educational Qualification

- Relevant degree or tertiary education
