- Operational Management: Direct and control all aspects of the executive funeral services centre operations
- Financial Performance: Manage finances, including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability
- Client Relations: Provide compassionate and professional support to families
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the funeral service team
- Service Coordination: Coordinate transportation, logistics, and all other aspects of funeral services
- Marketing and Business Development: Promote the executive funeral services centre and generate new business
- Proficiency in dealing with high-value clients
- Commercial flair and ability to develop new business
- Ability to craft effective business strategies
- Quick and disruptive thinker, driving innovation
- Proven engager who can enhance business relationships
- Business degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Strategy (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 10 years of experience in the Funeral Services industry, with 5 years in a senior leadership or Executive role
- Business understanding and awareness of all other functions
- Well-developed leadership and multicultural skills
