Description

- Analyse problems, identify solutions, and adapt to changing project requirements

Job Responsibilities

- Work with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers

- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications

- Lead and mentor junior engineers, interns, or technicians

- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Skills and Abilities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and meticulous approach to design and analysis

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work with construction management software

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering

- Professional certification is an added advantage

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in construction or a related field
