Job Responsibilities

- To supervise subordinates in the Technical Service Department

- Maintain and supervise Infrastructure development in the district

- Assist in Designing, provision and maintenance of infrastructure (roads, schools, bridges, clinics etc.).

- Assist in Planning services and development control in liaison with Planning and Environment department.

- Assist in Coordinating and evaluating construction projects undertaken by Council.

- To prepare implementation and completion certificates of projects.

Skills and Abilities

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and Survey work is a must.

- A valid Class C driver's license.

Educational Qualification

- At least Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.

- At least 25 years of age

- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
