Description

A hands-on role for a motivated and practical individual to oversee drilling site operations, with flexibility to move between locations. Lead a team, maintain machinery, achieve targets, and ensure safety standards

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure machinery is maintained in excellent working order

- Lead and manage the site team effectively

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual drilling targets

- Manage site stores and place orders for materials and equipment

- Liaise daily with client teams to ensure smooth operations

- Maintain high standards of safety, procedures, and drilling performance

Skills and Abilities

- Mechanically strong and hands-on

- Strong team player and leader

- Excellent administrative and organisational skills

- Able to manage a team and site with minimal supervision

- Good communication skills for client liaison

Educational Qualification

Mechanical skills and experience are prioritized. Training provided if required for the drilling process
