A wholesale shop in Epworth seeks a Shop Assistant to join the team. Duties include receiving and arranging shipments, assisting customers, processing payments, and maintaining the shop. 5 O Level subjects including English and Maths required.

Job Responsibilities

- Receiving, unpacking, and arranging new shipments

- Arranging and labelling goods on display shelves

- Assisting customers in finding products

- Processing customer payments

- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries

- Cleaning and rearranging the shop

Skills and Abilities

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work with numbers and process payments

- Basic organisational and labelling skills

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally

Educational Qualification

5 O Level subjects including English and Mathematics
