Description

Planning, developing, and implementing merchandising strategies for ElectroSales Hardware's branches, ensuring effective product ranging and attractive store presentation

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate store layouts and visual merchandising standards

- Manage product ranging strategies and ensure proper product presentation

- Coordinate new product launches and promotional campaigns

- Produce and maintain store layout plans and merchandising guidelines

- Provide guidance and support to merchandising teams

- Ensure compliance with company policies and health, safety, and environmental standards

Skills and Abilities

- Flair for design, colour, and visual presentation

- Creative, imaginative, and energetic

- Ability to analyse sales and product performance data

- Good communication and leadership skills

- Computer literacy

Educational Qualification

Degree or Diploma in Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, Design or a related field
