Job Responsibilities

- Serve customers and answer queries

- Manage stock levels and order supplies

- Maintain shop cleanliness and organisation

- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions

- Assist with general admin tasks

Skills and Abilities

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work independently

- Basic computer skills (point-of-sale, invoicing)

- Honest and reliable with cash handling

- Pleasant and professional demeanour

Educational Qualification

Experience in retail/shop work is a plus
