Job Responsibilities

✓ Pick clients' orders accurately for dispatching

✓ Check accuracy of clients' orders before dispatching

✓ Dispatch clients' orders following established procedures

✓ Receive inventory from suppliers and verify against documentation

✓ Facilitate warehouse transfers as required

✓ Handle documentation for receiving and dispatching inventory

✓ Conduct inventory stock counts and reconciliations

✓ Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements

Skills and Abilities

✓ Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills

✓ Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

✓ Good communication and teamwork abilities

✓ Physically fit for warehouse duties

Educational Qualification

✓ Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field

✓ Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment

✓ Strong understanding of stock control systems

✓ Experience in publishing or FMCG distribution is an added advantage
