Description

- Supervise receiving staff and oversee incoming stock

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate physical counts of stock and sign off on receiving documents

- Coordinate with central stores and other branches on stock transfers

- Handle goods returned to suppliers and process customer complaints

- Maintain an organized and safe receiving area

- Assist with managing deliveries and maintaining the delivery vehicle

Skills and Abilities

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions

- Passion for providing exceptional customer service

Educational Qualification

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role
