Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loading Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our loading bay at Feruka Depot.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise fuel loading and dispatch processes

- Ensure exceptional customer care and resolve any issues

- Lead and supervise a team of loading bay staff

- Administer health, safety, and environmental protocols in the loading bay

Skills and Abilities

- In-depth knowledge of loading bay operations

- Proficiency in computer skills and software applications

- Fuel handling skills and knowledge of safety protocols

- Excellent team building and leadership skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification

- 5 O-level passes, including English Language and Mathematics

- Diploma in Supervision, Business Studies, or a related field

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role

- Clean Class 4 driver's license
