- Enforce Safety, Health, and Environmental standards

Job Responsibilities

- Design and implement ground support systems

- Conduct rock engineering assessments, audits, and inspections

- Provide technical support and guidance on ground control practices

- Analyze data from monitoring systems

- Develop and implement rock engineering standards and procedures

- Collaborate with mine planning, production, and geotechnical teams

- Conduct geotechnical investigations

- Provide training and mentorship to junior rock engineers and staff

Skills and Abilities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Exceptional team leadership skills

- Flexible attitude and sound work ethics

- Proficient in Map 3D, Rock science, and/or other Rock Engineering software

- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite

Educational Qualification

- BSc (Hons) Mining Engineering/Geology

- Master's degree in Rock Engineering and/or Rock Engineering Certificate
