Description

We're seeking skilled Grader Operators to join our team, responsible for carrying out road works around the mine while ensuring high productivity, safety, and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

- Attend daily safety meetings

- Perform machine pre-use inspections and lockout procedures

- Operate grader machinery safely and efficiently

- Maintain roads, ramps, and other areas around the mine

- Perform tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Report machinery malfunctions and breakdowns

Skills and Abilities

5 "O" Levels, including English language

- Certificate in earth-moving machinery (motorized grader)

- At least 3 years of relevant experience operating earth-moving machinery

- Mature, result-oriented, and good communication skills

- Attention to detail
