Location: Silobela at Jena Mines

Reporting to: KMH Head of the Gold Cluster

- Enforce Safety, Health & Environmental standards (ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015)

- Report on safety & environmental issues

- Lead day-to-day mining & processing ops for safety, efficiency, cost-effectiveness

- Ensure compliance with EMA & Ministry of Mines rules

- Develop mine plans, schedules, budgets

- Champion continuous improvement

- Lead budget prep & cost mgmt

- Optimize ops for sustainability

- Manage capital projects

- Manage workforce, training, performance

- Monitor & report on production metrics

- Build stakeholder relationships

- Strategic leadership

- Safety & environmental focus

- Operational efficiency

- Budget mgmt

- Stakeholder mgmt

- Bachelor’s in Mining Engineering or equivalent

- Master’s in related field = added bonus

- 10 yrs mining experience (5+ yrs managerial)

- FBL possession
