Occupational Health Nurse position

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement health and safety programs

- Document all employee injuries and illnesses within the workplace

- Monitor employees with chronic diseases and follow up on their treatment requirements

- Assist with the procurement of drugs for the clinic

- Compile and submit accurate and concise reports on all activities

- Provide family planning services and counseling to employees

- Ensure compliance with SHE Integrated Management Systems and best practice

Skills and Abilities

- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Educational Qualification

- State Registered Nurse

- Registered with Nurses Council of Zimbabwe

- Ambulance Technician certificate

- Minimum 5 years of practicing experience in the mining industry
