Job Description:

We are seeking a competent and experienced State Registered Nurse to join our team in Bindura.

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor patient care provided by other individuals

- Ensure patient-centered nursing care

- Foster good interpersonal relationships with patients and the public

- Provide health education on primary health care to patients and their families

- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing patient care

- Maintain confidentiality

- Address patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs

- Uphold high ethical standards in professional practice

- Control medical-legal hazards in the department

Skills and Abilities

- Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in General Nursing

- Diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing (desirable)

- Current Practicing Certificate

- At least 3 years of prior experience
