Description

We are seeking an experienced House Chef with expertise in Chinese cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to prepare and cook a variety of local and Chinese dishes, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook a variety of local and Chinese dishes, with the ability to learn and prepare new Chinese dishes.

2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.

3. Order and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients.

4. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

5. Hold a hygiene certification and have a deep familiarity with sanitation regulations.

Skills and Abilities

- Experience in Chinese cuisine

- Hygiene certification

- Familiarity with sanitation regulations

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills
