- Manage online listings and ensure strong guest reviews
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Train and supervise staff to deliver warm, professional, and efficient service
- Maintain high cleanliness, safety, and comfort standards across both guest houses
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for both properties
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel between Harare and Bulawayo as needed
- Proficiency in booking systems and basic accounting
