We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Clerk in the Health Services Directorate.
- Perform clerical duties, such as processing and filing patient records/documents
- Manage the clinic reception area, including client registration
- Process orders for medical sundries, drugs, and equipment
- Prepare the Department's inventory of assets
- Compile and maintain departmental inventory lists
- Assist students with Medical Aid-related issues
- Facilitate Medical Aid claims for services offered to students
- Certificate in bookkeeping and accounting background
- Minimum of 5 'O' level passes at grade C or better, including English language
- 2 years of experience, with experience in a medical environment being an added advantage
