Job Description:

We urgently require a Farm Supervisor to start work on 1st May 2025 in the Midlands

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate farm operations

- Oversee the growth of various horticultural crops, including tomatoes, onions, peppers, cucumbers, baby marrow, eggplant, and cabbages

- Manage poultry layer, animal husbandry (cattle and piggery), and greenhouse farming operations

- Prepare and manage budgets, and demonstrate financial literacy

- Operate and maintain drip irrigation systems

- Utilize computer literacy skills for farm management

Skills and Abilities

- Financial literacy and budgeting skills

- Computer literacy

- Ability to work independently and supervise others

- Clean Class 4 driver's license

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture with 2-3 years of verifiable experience

- Experience in both field and greenhouse farming, poultry layer, animal husbandry (cattle and piggery)
