Description

Oversee crop production, livestock management, and maintenance of farm equipment and infrastructure

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and train a team of farmworkers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively

- Manage the farm's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

- Ensure the quality of crops and livestock meets market standards

Skills and Abilities

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Experience in Banana Production

Educational Qualification

-Degree or diploma in agriculture, farm management, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in farm management or a related role
