We're seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Officer to advise on legal requirements and assist with Company Secretarial services at our Head Office.
- Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues
- Contribute to effective compliance controls
- Assist with Company Secretarial duties
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
- Advise on company compliance through detailed reports
- Review company procedures and practices to identify weaknesses and risks
- Provide staff training on regulations and their impact
- Conduct continuous legal research to ensure company compliance
- Commercial practice
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree (LLBS)
- Master's degree (added advantage)
- Registered Legal Practitioner
- At least 4 years of experience in legal practice (commercial environment)
- Clean Class 4 driver's license
- Aged between 25 and 35 years
