The National Venture Capital Company of Zimbabwe (NVCCZ) seeks a qualified Legal and Compliance Officer to provide legal advisory services and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide legal advisory services to management and departments

- Manage contracts and ensure safeguarding of company interests

- Support corporate governance and company secretarial functions

- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely filing of statutory returns

- Develop and implement risk management strategies

- Manage litigation and dispute resolution

Skills and Abilities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)

- At least 2 years' experience in legal and compliance

- Professional certification in compliance or risk management an added advantage
